Liza holds certifications in many massage modalities, including sports, deep tissue, aromatherapy, prenatal, neuromuscular, cupping, and others. She has 24 years of experience working for Five Star Luxury Hotels, where she focused on providing ultimate guest experiences. During that time, she was trained on spa rituals designed to help with muscular aches, anxiety from stress, and sports-related injuries.
Liza's passion for massage therapy grew immensely after volunteering in a pain rehabilitation center. Her approach to therapy is highly detailed, as she uses her knowledge and skills to customize each client's massage.
